Le ISCRIZIONI dovranno essere effettuate utilizzando il MODULO DI ISCRIZIONE ON LINE entro il 4/05/12. Come da cominicazione precedente a partire dal 4/05 è stata applicata una maggiorazione di € 50.

A ricevimento del pagamento verrà emessa la relativa FATTURA in base ai campi compilati nel modulo circa i dettagli della fatturazione e sarà inviata tramite e-mail alla persona iscritta unitamente alla conferma ufficiale di avvenuta iscrizione.

Le iscrizioni non accompagnate dal pagamento della quota non saranno ritenute valide.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail (convegni@unife.it) or by fax (+39 0532 767347).

Registration fee will be refunded as follows:

• Before MAY 30th, 2013 - 50%
  
• After MAY 30th, 2013 - no refund will be made
  

Dates refer to the receipt of the cancellation notice.

No shows will not receive the refund.

The Secretariat is not responsible for travel, hotel and other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
