Conference Venues
The Conference will be held in the Deaprtment of Engineering of the University of Ferrara which is located in Via Giuseppe Saragat 1.

Registration desk and Conference Kit
A Registration desk will be present during the whole duration of the Conference.
Registration will be open on on July 4th, 2016 form 10 to 18.00.
The Registration desk will be open daily at 8.30 a.m. on July 5th and 6th.
Direct payments will be allowed only by cash during the Conference.
Conference badges and kit will be consigned at the registration.
All participants are kindly asked to wear the badge at all sessions and for the social event.

Wireless network
Internet / WiFi Wireless and cable connection will be available at the Conference Venue and Hall.
Participants can ask for the ID and PW at the Secretariat desk (ID card or driver licence are strictly required).

The above event is restricted to participants registered for the dinner.
UIT 2016 Participants will be asked to confirm their presence to the visit of the Palazzina Marfisa D’Este and the following dinner at the Registration Desk.
