REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

Registration can be done by using the ON LINE REGISTRATION FORM.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration will only be valid when full payment is received by the Secretariat.

 

REGISTRATION TYPE AND FEES 

 

REGULAR FEE before JUNE 30th, 2014 € 350,00 (taxes 22% VAT included)
REGULAR FEE from JULY 1st € 380,00 (taxes 22% VAT included)

ACCOMPANYING PERSON:

€ 60,00 for SOCIAL EVENTS
€ 60,00 for LUNCHES
€ 18,00 for WELCOME PARTY (1st September 2014)

 

The REGULAR FEE include:

  • PARTICIPATION TO THE SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS
  • CONFERENCE KIT
  • CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
  • COFFEE AND LUNCH BREAKS
  • WELCOME PARTY
  • SOCIAL EVENTS (excursion to Comacchio + Gala Dinner)

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

The deadline for registration is June 30th, 2014.

After that date, the fee is € 380,00.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail at convegni@unife.it and na62meeting@sympa.fe.infn.it

Payment of the registration fees must be made in Euros only by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail convegni@unife.it or by fax +39 0532 767347

Registration fee will be refund as follows:

  • BEFORE JULY 31th, 2014 full refund
  • FROM AUGUST 1st TO SEPTEMBER 1st, 2014 -15% of the amount  (refund will be made AFTER the end of the congress)

Dates refer to the receipt of the cancellation notice.

No show will not receive the refund.
