- Teaching methods
The course is divided into two parts. The first, in the classroom, is devoted to the presentation - with PPT - of analytical methods and hydrologic and hydraulic assessments, projects, case studies and specific issues concerning the engineering works in land reclamation territory. Students are given a pdf copy of all the topics.
The second part, of practical nature, consists of a series of visits to significant hydraulic works - operational or under construction -, or to other Bodies that provide fundamental actions relating hydraulic defence (eg. AIPO, Servizio Tecnico di bacino, Agenzia Regionale di Protezione Civile ecc.) Learning assessment procedures
