REGISTRATION FEE

 

STANDARD FEE: Euro 1.200 (20% taxes included) - UNTIL JULY 31st, 201.

SURCHARGED FEE: Euro 1.500 (20% taxes included) - AFTER JULY 31st, 2011.

 

Prices are given in Euros and include:

  • PARTICIPATION TO THE 4 DAYS SCIENTIFIC and PRACTICAL SESSIONS
  • COMPREHENSIVE COURSE MATERIAL
  • CME CERTIFICATES (certification, in accordance with the CME regulation, will be given only to participants who attend the entire course)
  • LUNCHES and REFRESHMENTS

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

 

Deadline for the  STANDARD registration is JULY 31st, 2011.

After that date, a sucharge of 25% will be applied.

No registration will be accepted after August 15th, 2011.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail (convegni@unife.it) or by fax (+39 0532 767347) or by regular mail (please see Congress Secretariat's address below).

Registration fee will be refunded as follows:

  • Before JULY 31st, 2011 - EURO 1.000
  • After JULY 31st, 2011 - no refund will be made

Dates refer to receipt of the cancellation notice.

No shows will not receive a refund.

The Secretariat is not responsible for travel, hotel and other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.

Payment of registration fee must be made in Euros only by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD.

IMPORTANT! To complete the on-line payment in English you must click on the English flag on the top left of the payment page!

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration will only be valid when full payment is received by the Secretariat. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT BY E-MAIL ALONG WITH THE INVOICE RELATED TO THE PAYMENT DONE.

 

ACCOMMODATION

 

The Course Secretariat offers to the FERRARA 2011 IBUS COURSE PARTICIPANTS a selection of Hotels (3 and 4 stars category) located in the city centre and 15 minutes distsant by feet to the Course Venue (view the map here).

Hotel Booking will be mande directly by the Course Secretariat upon requests made on the on-line registration form UNTIL JULY 31st, 2011. After JULY 31st, 2011 bookings shall be made only directly to Hotels (see the complete list here and select "Ferrara" in the localities or download a complete list of Hotels here).

SPECIAL RATES reserved for PARTICIPANTS shown are per room, per night, and they include breakfast and taxes (VAT 10%). Extras are excluded.

Therefore, registration to the Course is required prior to the hotel booking.

Hotel payment is the responsibility of participants and shall be be made directly to the hotel upon departure.

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied in the on line registration form as a guarantee of the hotel booking.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation letter, indicating the name and the address of the Hotel shortly before the date of the Course.

The deadline for the hotel booking is July 31st, 2011. Cancellations until that date must be communcated to the CourseSecretariat. After July 31th, 2011, changes and cancellation must be communicated directly to the hotel.


HOTELS CANCELLATION POLICIES

Typically, one night will be charged if a cancellation is communicated later than 3-4 days prior to the arrival date. We strongly reccommend cancelling your reservation al least one week before your arrival date to avoid cancellation charges! The Course Secretariat is not responsible for the accommodation cancellation policy applied by the hotels in case of late cancellation or no show.
