REGISTRATION COST

 

REGISTRATION FEE

 

  • COST members: € 80,00 (VAT 21% included)
  • Non-COST members: € 200,00 (VAT 21% included)
  • Students: € 100,00 (VAT 21% included)

 

Registration includes:

  • conference proceedings
  • dinner, lunches and refreshments as scheduled in the conference programme
  • internet access

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

 

Deadline for the  registration is MARCH 10th, 2012.

After that date, a sucharge of 25% will be applied to NON Cost Members and Students.

CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellations must be notified to the ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE by e-mail (convegni@unife.it) or by fax (+39 0532 767347).

Registration fee will be refunded as follows:

  • Before FEBRUARY 29th, 2012 - 90% OF THE AMOUNT PAID
  • After FEBRUARY 29th, 2012 - no refund will be made

Dates refer to receipt of the cancellation notice.

No shows will not receive a refund.

The ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE is not responsible for travel, hotel and other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.

Payment of registration fee must be made in Euros only by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD.
