REGISTRATION TO ACD 2010
REGISTRATION
Registration can be done by using the ON LINE FORM or by filling the REGISTRATION FORM and mailing it to the WORKSHOP SECRETARIAT at convegni@unife.it or faxed to +39 0532 767347 (Attn: Ufficio Convegni).
STUDENT REGISTRATION will be accepted only if a letter from the supervisor certifying the status is sent through the on line form or by e-mail to convegni@unife.it or faxed to +39 0532 767347 (Attn: Ufficio Convegni) at the time of the registration.
REGISTRATION FEES
Prices are given in Euros and include:
- PARTICIPATION TO THE SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS
- WORKSHOP PROCEEDINGS CD ROM
- CERTIFICATE of ATTENDANCE
- COFFEE, LUNCH and TEA BREAKS for the two days of the workshop
FEES DO NOT INCLUDE THE SOCIAL DINNER (OPTIONAL).

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Deadline for registration is NOVEMBER 3rd, 2010.
REGISTRATION PAYMENT
Payment of registration fees and social dinner must be made in Euros only by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD.

Please note that your registration will only be valid when full payment is received by the Secretariat.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be communicated to the Congress Secretariat by e-mail (convegni@unife.it) or by fax (+39 0532 767347) or by regular mail (please see Congress Secretariat's address below).
Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:
- Before Novembre 3rd, 2010 - 50% refund
- After November 3rd, 2010 - no refund, only name substitution will be possible at the cost of Euro 30,00.
Dates refer to receipt of the cancellation notice.
No shows will not receive a refund.
The Congress Secretariat is not responsible for travel, hotel and other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
