ACCOMMODATION TO ECBB 2010
ACCOMMODATION
The Congress Secretariat offers to ECBB2010 participants a selection of Hotels, B&B, Rooms for rent and a Hostel for younger fellows. Some hotels are located closer to the Congress Venue than others, therefore we suggest that you book at your earliest convenience in order to be allocated in the nearest hotel.
Rates shown are per room, per night, and they include breakfast (except for the Hostel and Rooms for rent accommodation) and taxes (VAT 10%). Extras are excluded.
A few Hotels are located outside the city walls but are connected to the city centre by public transportation.

HOTEL BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Hotel bookings will be made directly by the Congress Secretariat upon requests made on the hotel booking form until April 30th, 2010. After April 30th, 2010 bookings shall be made only directly to Hotels (see the complete list here http://www.ferraraterraeacqua.it/sito?lang=EN&nav=12 and select "Ferrara" in the localities).
Hotel payment is the responsibility of registrants and shall be be made directly to the hotel upon departure. Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied as a guarantee of the hotel booking. Each participant will receive an individual confirmation letter, indicating the name and the address of the Hotel.
The deadline for the hotel booking is April 30th, 2010. Cancellations until that date must be communcated to the Congress Secretariat. After April 30th, 2010, changes and cancellation must be communicated directly to the hotel.
The prices shown above are reserved to participants to ECBB2010. Therefore, registration to ECBB2010 is required prior to the hotel booking.
CANCELLATION POLYCIES
July in high holiday season in Italy. Typically, one night will be charged if a cancellation is communicated later than 3-4 days prior to the arrival date. We strongly reccommend cancelling your reservation al least one week before your arrival date to avoid cancellation charges!
The Congress Secretariat is not responsible for the accommodation cancellation policy applied by the hotels in case of late cancellation or no show.
